“I completed Ironman 70.3 Coeur d'Alene last weekend with a PR slashing 30 minutes off my 2016 finishing time! Using the 70.3 Level 2 training plan to prepare for the race worked great! I stuck to my zones during the bike leg which set me up well for the run. We had temps in the high 80's to low 90's during the run which took it's toll on the second lap, but overall I'm very happy with the results. Now it's time to hit the hills to finish preparing for IM Wales in September!”

"More evidence the plan works: ran a 5 mile road race yesterday in 31:47:00. Last time I did a road race was a half marathon a couple years ago in 1:47:00. This whole run slow to get fast thing is awesome! Really looking forward to testing myself in Calgary 70.3 in two weeks, stay tuned!"
